I have lived in the Triangle and have been a licensed broker for 30 years. During that period I also taught school, worked as a financial representative for Northwestern Mutual, and a real estate appraiser. Each time, I came back to my first love, real estate sales. I was in a position where I had accepted a new job out of state & had to sell my house this fall. Becka sold my last house 12 1/12 years ago & helped find this house for me as well, so I definitely used her since I was so happy with her years ago. Even though I had to perform many thousands of dollars worth of delayed maintenance on my house before Becka was able to list it, she was great at walking me through everything which I needed to do & helped line up experts when needed. She was also very prompt at making sure I signed all the required documentation which she needed, and also helped me negotiate a fair asking price. When my house was finally ready for market, she really did a great job on the listing--she made it as attractive as possible so that I managed to accept an offer the very first day. She also made sure the closing process went as smoothly as possible & there were no last minute emergencies with documents needing to be signed, and I was very happy with what I was able to receive in the end for my house.I definitely plan to use Becka again if I ever have real estate needs in the Triangle again.

We had been speaking with Becka on and off for a couple years as our family grew and we were looking to expand. In the last few months, we decided we needed to move quickly and Becka made time to help us see as many properties as possible.
We located a possible forever-home and Becka guided us expertly through the negotiations and helped position us perfectly - not too high, and not too low. We got the house and we think she's wonderful.
